This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Google, your agreement with Google will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to below as the “Universal Terms”.
Open source software licenses for Google Chrome source code constitute separate written agreements. To the limited extent that the open source software licenses expressly supersede these Universal Terms, the open source licenses govern your agreement with Google for the use of Google Chrome or specific included components of Google Chrome.1.3 Your agreement with Google will also include the terms set forth below in the Google Chrome Additional Terms of Service and terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these are referred to below as the “Additional Terms”.
Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service.1.4 The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, form a legally binding agreement between you and Google in relation to your use of the Services. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the “Terms”.1.5 If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.2. Accepting the Terms2.1 In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms.
You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.2.2 You can accept the Terms by:(A) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Google in the user interface for any Service; or(B) by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Google will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.3. Language of the Terms3.1 Where Google has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with Google.3.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.4. Provision of the Services by Google4.1 Google has subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities around the world (“Subsidiaries and Affiliates”). Sometimes, these companies will be providing the Services to you on behalf of Google itself. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you.4.2 Google is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Google provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.4.3 As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Google may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at Google’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform Google when you stop using the Services.4.4 You acknowledge and agree that if Google disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.5.
Photo Credit: Supernatural/The CW/Bettina Strauss Image Acquired from CW TV PR Castiel is back with the Winchesters and it’s time for Team Free Will 2.0 to assemble to tackle a zombie-shapeshifter, a.k.a. A ghoul.Dean Winchester doesn’t want a lot. Last week he made it clear he just wants a win. That’s just what he got by the end, and makes that point in tonight’s episode. However, that’s not before Jack thinks he’s found a case of zombies and the sweet smile Dean has is just priceless.
Team Free Will 2.0 assembleTeam Free Will has always been the thing to aspire to join. Well, Jack gets that chance this week. With the return of Castiel and an epic reunion with the Winchesters (he just happened to annoy a cosmic entity enough to return), Jack finally gets to meet the man he has viewed as his father. And it’s the sweetest meeting ever.
There are no questions about Jack going from baby to teen in 30 seconds. Castiel just accepts the nephilim for who he is–likely given the lowdown on the way to the bunker. More from Recaps.Off the head to Dodge City, which is where the episode actually started 48 hours in the future. Dean is excited about all the cowboy memorabilia around the hotel suite they get, alarming the others about just how much of a fangirl he is.When there, Jack finds a report of a death while talking to Castiel about Kelly and allowing the Winchesters to get some sleep.
It turns out nephilims only need a little sleep, possibly their half-human side. Of course, Jack’s excited about the case and rushes in to wake the Winchesters, only to find himself at the wrong end of Dean’s gun. As Castiel puts it, Dean is an angry sleeper, like a bear. With the coffee pot on, Jack is able to explain what he found.
It’s time to split up. Jack and Sam can take the original information about the grave robbery and Dean and Cas can check out the latest murder. Photo Credit: Supernatural/The CW/Bettina Strauss Image Acquired from CW TV PRBack with Sam and Jack, they pay the mortician a visit, who turns out to be a young girl who likes to listen to music while she works. Jack takes a look around, while Sam asks questions, and then they pay a visit to the robbed grave. Sweet nougat Jack exclaims there’s lots of EMF in the graveyard, which earns a cute smile and explanation from Sam that of course there is in the graveyard. What they do find is the remains of bones with chew marks in it.
This lets everyone know they’re dealing with a ghoul. Since Jack is so certain it has to be a zombie, he decides ghouls are zombie-shapeshifters and it’s definitely a term the SPNFamily might want to use again. But that’s not all. Proving his worth, Jack has also found the traffic cam footage. It’s possible to see the driver of the truck from the murder, with non-other than one of Dodge City’s greatest gunslingers, who happens to have been dead in the late 1880s. What’s he doing around now?

Dean tunnels his way through to the morticians house, where Dave is waiting for them. Cue a little talk, before Dean lets the sergeant blow Dave’s head off.Sam and Castiel meanwhile try to help Jack understand that mistakes can happen and not to blame himself. When Dean returns with news that he managed to cover for Jack’s mistake, Jack is angry. He is upset that his powers killed someone and it clearly means that he’s not good. Nobody good would do such a thing.
